Prescriptions for medicines taken regularly can be obtained without seeing the doctor so long as he or she has agreed to this.
Everytime you are issued with a prescription you will receive a white slip attached to the prescription. This lists all the medication you are currently taking and which is available to you on repeat. When you need a further supply of tablets tick the items you require on the white slip and return it to the surgery either by dropping it in yourself, posting it or by fax.
If you prefer you may register with the online system (click the link at the top of this page) and then you may use this system to order your repeat medications.
Please note that prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone and that prescriptions can be collected after 48 hours.
