Appointments

Majority of our GP/ANP/ACP appointments are released on the day at 8am and are able to be booked by ringing the surgery at this time. We have several reception members answering the phone at this time, we kindly ask you are patient when waiting for the phone to be answered, you will be informed of your que position when ringing. 

When a member of our team answers your call you will politely be asked to share why you are needing an appointment on that day. This is as we have a wide range of clinicians other than a GP that may be more appropriate to deal with your problem. 

We have both female and male clinicians here at the surgery, you are more than welcome to specify who you would rather see when ringing however please be aware they may not always be available on that day.

We have pre-bookable appointments that can be booked up to two weeks time. We do have only a certain amount of these available so please bare in mind for more options of times/days ringing at 8am may be the better option. 

ENHANCED ACCESS  - Alongside our own early morning and evening appointments that we offer, please see 'Opening Times' for more information, our GP federation Curo also provide appointments on behalf of the practice during the week evenings and over the weekend which can be booked by ringing the practice.
