Patchs

Patchs

Patchs is a new way of contacting the surgery. You can send a message to the practice once you have registered with Patchs. It is not to be used for urgent  queries but routine queries and enquiries can be sent us in this way.

The Doctors and staff are proud to offer the highest standard of patient centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of long term conditions such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide range of other medical services .

Please take sometime to explore our website which gives you information about our opening times and our staff

Telephone Number 01924 767266

The Surgery is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day as well as other UK Bank Holidays. We are open normally every other day as normal.

Please be kind to our staff - they will always do their best to help you and they never deserve to be sworn at or abused.

We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy around abuse of our staff . Our staff work extremely hard to deliver the best service we can following guidance set out by the practice and national policy.

Abusive behaviour towards any staff member will lead to removal from the practice list.

NHS APP

The practice highly recommends all patients to download the NHS app. Access for parents of children can be allowed by the practice, if you think a family member or any other person may benefit from you having access on their behalf please do contact the surgery to discuss this.

The NHS app allows patients to have access to their information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is a quick and easy way to order repeat prescriptions and allows you to do this at a time during the day suitable to you.

If you have had any recent tests such as bloods these will be shown on your app meaning you would no longer need to ring the surgery to check on any results.

You are also able to see all recent medical history for yourself if you ever need or wanted to.

Below there are instructions regarding how to set up the App, however all our reception staff are able to help with anyone who may struggle so please feel free to call in to the surgery.
